This is a great drawing. My only comment is that the philtrum (groove on the upper lip below the nose) is too prominent. It should be toned down by lightening the shadow.

Everytime I try her, for me its the eyes. If you don't get those, then it doesn't work at all.

She looks good.

That said, the small white spot on her left cheek stands out too much. Maybe it was in a pic you used for reference, but it may not be needed.

Great job with the pencils, something I have no control over.

Thank you for the feedback, I adjusted the scan so it looks closer to the original. Other than that, I'll take that into account when drawing her again.

You got the skills, I like working with color pencils also, but of course not as talented as you. Great job especially on the eyes.
